Аннотация. В статье обсуждаются актуальные вопросы, стоящие на повестке дня охотничьего хозяйства Якутии, которые во многом определяют будущее коренных малочисленных народов Севера. Показана экологическая достаточность охотничьих животных в границах общин коренных малочисленных народов севера Якутии для перехода к устойчивому развитию одного из важных видов традиционных промыслов — охотничьего
хозяйства. Показана связь изучаемого вопроса с четырьмя целями устойчивого развития, одобренными ООН. Рациональная эксплуатация запасов диких животных будет способствовать организации нормального питания малочисленных народов Севера, позволит начать развитие экологического туризма, что повысит занятость коренных жителей Севера. Особое внимание в статье уделено природным ресурсам охотничьего хозяйства, а
также усилению антропогенного воздействия на охотничьи угодья, что приводит к уменьшению природных ресурсов. Обосновывается необходимость компенсации убытков, причиненных коренным малочисленным народам Севера деятельностью промышленных предприятий. Предлагается
продолжать работы по расселению овцебыка и восстановлению численности яно-индигирской популяции дикого северного оленя. Исследование проведено на основе анализа зарубежных и отечественных источников, нормативной правовой базы, статистических данных, результатов научных экспедиций, проведенных в предыдущие годы.
Abstract. The article discusses topical issues on the agenda of the hunting economy of Yakutia, which largely determine the future of the indigenous peoples of the North. The ecological sufficiency of game animals within the boundaries of the communities of the indigenous peoples of the North of Yakutia for the transition to the sustainable development of one of the important types of traditional crafts, i.e., hunting, is shown. The relationship of the issue under
study with the four sustainable development goals approved by the UN is shown. Rational exploitation of stocks of wild animals will contribute to the organization of the normal nutrition of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, will allow the development of ecological tourism, which will increase the employment of the indigenous peoples of the North. Particular attention is paid to the natural resources of the hunting economy, as well as the increased
anthropogenic impact on hunting grounds, which leads to a decrease in natural resources. The necessity of compensation for losses caused to the indigenous peoples of the North by the activities of industrial enterprises is substantiated. It is proposed to continue working on the resettlement of the musk ox and the restoration of the number of wild reindeer of the Yano-Indigirka population. The study was carried out on the basis of an analysis of foreign and domestic sources, the regulatory framework, statistical data, and the results of scientific expeditions conducted in previous years.
