Аннотация
В статье актуализируется проблема оценки социально-экологического благополучия населения субъектов Центрального Федерального округа. Предложен методический подход к оценке уровня социально-экологического благополучия населения. Цель работы - провести типологию субъектов Центрального Федерального округа по уровню социально-экологического благополучия населения. Для анализа социально-экологического благополучия населения субъектов ЦФО рассмотрены и проанализированы различные подходы к оценке благосостояния общества и был определен набор объективных индикаторов, которые существенно влияют на социальное и экологическое благополучие общества.
Для получения балльных оценок была построена шкала диапазонов реальных значе¬ний по каждому из показателей всех регионов. Далее диапазоны были разбиты на 100 равных интервалов (с целью более детализированного анализа данных), где каждый интервал соответствовал определенному количеству баллов, равному номеру интервала (от 1-го до 100-го). Сумма балльных оценок по всем показателям данного региона, выведенная в соответствии с 100-балльной градуированной шкалой, и составила «индекс социально-экологического благополучия населения.
Рассчитанные интегральные индексы социального и экологического благополучия населения показывают, что тенденция роста индекса характерна для Белгородской, Владимирской, Тамбовской и Тульской областей, а тенденция снижения индекса характерна для Курской и Московской области и г. Москва. Более или менее стабильные интегральные показатели социального и экологического благополучия населения характерны для Брянской, Воронежской, Ивановской, Калужской, Костромской, Липецкой и Орловской областей.

Social and ecological well-being of the population in the regions of the Central Federal District
Abstract
The article actualizes the problem of assessing the social and ecological well-being of the population of the regions of the Central Federal District. The methodological approach to assessing the level of social and ecological well-being of the population has been proposed. The aim of the work is to conduct a typology of the regions of the Central Federal District according to the level of social and ecological well-being of the population. To analyze the social and ecological well-being of the population of the regions of the Central Federal District, various approaches to assessing the well-being of society have been analyzed. The set of objective indicators that significantly affect the social and ecological well-being of society has been identified. To obtain scores, a scale of ranges of real values for each of the indicators of all regions has been constructed. Then the ranges were divided into 100 equal intervals (for the purpose of more detailed data analysis), where each interval corresponded to a certain number of points equal to the number of the interval (from 1 to 100). The sum of scores for all indicators of a given region, derived in accordance with a 100-point graded scale, and amounted to the "index of social and ecological well-being of the population.
The calculated integral indices of social and ecological well-being of the population show that the upward trend of the index is characteristic of Belgorod, Vladimir, Tambov and Tula regions, while the downward trend of the index is characteristic of Kursk and Moscow regions and the city of Moscow.
More or less stable integral indicators of social and ecological well-being of the population are characteristic of the Bryansk, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kostroma, Lipetsk and Orel regions.
