Аннотация. Во всем мире наблюдается повышение интереса к агроэкотуризму как одной из перспективных отраслей экономики. Всемирная туристская организация ООН прогнозирует значительный рост числа иностранных туристов во всем мире с удвоением потенциальной доли стран Ближнего Востока в период 2010-2030 годы. Иракский Курдистан обладает разнообразными рекреационными ресурсами, представляющими интерес для туристов. Потенциал региона в плане увеличения доходов от туризма и вклада туризма в ВВП оценивается как высокий. Однако, в существующих условиях национальный турбизнес вынужден задуматься о создании новых турпродуктов, о диверсификации и модернизации сферы туризма. Одним из направлений диверсификации турпродукта Иракского Курдистана наряду с этнографическим, гастрономическим и экологическим туризмом является развитие сельского (аграрного) туризма. В настоящее время доля туристов, ориентированных на агротуризм в общем объеме турпотока остается сравнительно низкой – около 3%. При этом с учетом культурного, природного и этнического разнообразия, а также минимизации негативного воздействия на окружающую среду, сельский (аграрный) туризм является оптимальным вариантом развития туризма. С использованием метода SWOT-анализа были проанализированы основные аспекты, способствующие и препятствующие развитию агротуризма в провинции Эрбиль Иракского Курдистана. Учитывались такие факторы, как существующая туристическая инфраструктура, региональные особенности структуры хозяйства, культурные традиции населения, развитие других видов туризма и рекреационный потенциал природных ландшафтов. Проведенное исследование показало, что аграрный туризм может рассматриваться как один из стратегических сегментов развития туристского рынка провинция Эрбиль, и в частности района Чоман. Полученные результаты позволили выделить направления решения задач в сфере встраивания аграрного туризма в действующую туристскую инфраструктуру провинции Эрбиль.

Abstract. All over the world, there is an increase in the interest in agroecotourism as one of the most promising sectors of the economy. The UN World Tourism Organization predicts a significant increase in the number of foreign tourists worldwide, doubling the potential share of the Middle East from 2010-2030. Iraqi Kurdistan has a variety of recreational resources of interest to tourists. The region's potential in terms of increasing tourism revenues and the contribution of tourism to GDP is assessed as high. However, in the current conditions, the national tourism industry is forced to think about creating new tourist products, about the diversification and modernization of the tourism sector. One of the areas of diversification of the tourist products of Iraqi Kurdistan, along with ethnographic, gastronomic and ecological tourism, is the development of rural (agrarian) tourism. Currently, the share of tourists focused on the agrarian tourism in the total tourist flow remains relatively low, about 3%. At the same time, taking into account the cultural, natural and ethnic diversity, as well as minimizing the negative impact on the environment, rural (agrarian) tourism is the best option for the development of tourism. Using the SWOT analysis method, the main aspects that promote and hinder the development of agrarian tourism in the Erbil Province of Iraqi Kurdistan were analyzed. Such factors as the existing tourist infrastructure, regional features of the structure of the economy, cultural traditions of the population, the development of other types of tourism and the recreational potential of natural landscapes were taken into account. The study showed that agricultural tourism can be considered as one of the strategic segments of the development of the tourist market in the Erbil Province, and in particular in the Choman Region. The results obtained made it possible to identify areas for solving problems in the field of embedding agricultural tourism in the existing tourist infrastructure of the Erbil Province.
